If you face any issues, please notify us within:
- 7 daysΒ for electronic items.
- 14 daysΒ for all other items.
If the product isΒ damaged or broken upon delivery, inform us withinΒ 24 hoursΒ on WhatsAppΒ .
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Customers must return the item to our warehouse after confirmation from customer support.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Valid reasons for replacement:
- Wrong product received.
- Defective or faulty product.
Requirements for a Successful Replacement
- Report the issue within the specified time.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
- The product or packaging must not be marked or defaced.
Additional Notes
For products without a company warranty, we offer aΒ 14-day checking warranty. However, if a company warranty is available, ourΒ 7-day policyΒ does not apply.
